From Rome: take the highway Roma-Civitavecchia then Aurelia road (S.S. n.1) to Montalto di Castro where at Km. 111 leaving Aurelia you turn right following the direction for Vulci and Terme di Saturnia. After about 15 km. turn left following the direction Manciano, then the sign Terme di Saturnia and, last, the sign for Saturnia village on the top of a hill.

From Siena: superstrada Siena-Grosseto, just before Grosseto at Roselle live the superstrada following the direction to Scansano or Terme di Saturnia.

From Livorno: follow Aurelia road (S.S. n.1) to Grosseto and leave it at the gate of Scansano, from there follow direction to Scansano or Terme di Saturnia; from Scansano follow direction to Montemerano and after Saturnia.
