Perlatoscana is the name of an established family business passed
down through many generations in some of most lovely areas of Tuscany:
in the area known as the Maremma and in the countryside South of Siena.
We provide accommodations for visitors in typical country houses that
have been comfortably up-graded to vacation rentals in order to suit
demanding tastes without losing any of the charm of the typical farmhouses
of Tuscany.
Besides, we breed sheep whose milk is deliciously perfumed with local
wild herbs, and we grow olive trees whose delicate-tasting extravirgin
oil we process ourselves according to the European Union’s regulations.
Recently our olive oil received the prestigious SLOW FOOD prize.
