How to book

Book our vacation rentals by:

• completing the reservation form for each property: Saturnia, Grotti/Siena, Maremma, or Florence

Check In / Check Out Time

• Check In from 5 pm until 8 pm
• Check Out before 10.30 am

Note: There is no minimum stay for any of our accommodations. Weekly stays do not require a Saturday check-in.

Prices include

• All Taxes
• Parking
• Extra-Virgin Olive Oil – Welcome bottle
• Electricity
• Weekly Change of Linen
• Gas
• Towels
• Heating when necessary

Prices do not include:

• First-Day Shopping – On request 25,00 Euro Per Room
• Late Arrival - to be agreed
• Washing machine – 5,00 Euro / Cycle - On request
• Extra Change of Linen - 15,00 Euro Per Room
• Extra Change of Towels - 8,00 Euro Per Room
• Extra Cleaning - 10,00 Euro / Hour (On Request)
• Wood basket for fireplace – (8 Euro / Basket)
• Extra-Virgin Olive Oil – On request
• Baby Cot or Children's Bed - 15,00 Euro Per Week
• Pets allowed on request

Payment Policy

At the time of reservation, we require a deposit of 40%.

Cancellation Policy :

If you cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled check-in, we will retain 40% of your deposit.

If you cancel less than 29 days and 10 days prior to check-in, we will retain 60% of your deposit.

If you cancel in the low season less than 9 days prior to check-in, we will retain 80% of your deposit; cancellations made in the high season less than 9 days prior to check-in will receive no refund.
