This is the largest of the 4 apartments in the farmhouse on the San Leonardo estate located 200 meters from the spa resort and just 1.5 km from the village of Saturnia, Tuscany. The apartment is on the upper floor with access via an external staircase. It is comprised of:

loggia
dining sitting room with fireplace
2 double bedrooms
1 bath w/shower

You enter the apartment through the loggia and into the sitting / dining room. Off to one side is a good sized corner kitchen and the room also has a fireplace, perfect for a visit to Tuscany in the off season. The apartment also has central heat.

Off the sitting room is the entry way to the two bedrooms, both with double beds. The bathroom contains a shower, sink, w.c. and bidet.

The decor of the apartment is that of a typical country house in Tuscany, with cotto tile floors and exposed beams.

Just in front of the farmhouse is a pergola surrounded by plants typical of Tuscany including olive trees, laurel and cypress trees. The grounds have tables and chairs so you can relax outdoors as well as in.
