Ballatina is a one bedroom independent apartment on the ground floor of Villa Ballati, an 18th century villa located on the grounds of the Grotti Castle. It can be rented as a separate apartment or together with the villa. The apartment has been completely restored and is comprised of:

• 1 bathroom w/ shower

The Ballatina apartment rental has a private entrance to the villa. There is an entry way that leads to the small but well equipped kitchen. A doorway leads to the large bedroom with a fireplace.

The bathroom is complete shower, sink, w.c. and bidet.

The apartment looks out on to a large lawn and the Grotti Castle. Nearby is a wooded area and you'll have views of the hills surrounding Siena.

Aside from the fireplace, there is also centralized heating making this vacation rental a perfect choice all year round.
